Oil recycling is very useful process to go green as there is a large number of used oil which is the stuff we used every day. Each kind of oil can be recycled into different products which has different benefit. Cooking oil is one of a kind which can be recycled into biodiesel. As the fact, biodiesel is an organic fuel which has no toxic and biodegradable. It can be produced from vegetable oils or animal fats. It is just an easy process to make biodiesel. You can make it by your own at home. However, oil should be disposed of properly so that it will not be dangerous. Here are the steps to prepare cooking oil recycling for biodiesel.
1. First of all, there must be a proper precaution as this is the process of making fuel. Working area should be set away from children and pets.
2. Collecting all the used cooking oil into the containers.
3. Chunks of food in used cooking oil must be eliminated as it can mess up during the process of making biodiesel.
4. Take the used cooking oil which has already passed chunks removing process to the tank for getting the reaction inside and connect it with the pump.
5. Heating the oil up by temperature about 120 or 130 degrees Fahrenheit. The heat will be controlled by the pump on compressor. 1-4 hours will be taken for getting this step done.
6. Used cooking oil is ready to start the process of making biodiesel.
